The microbiological industry is currently one of the leading sectors of the national economy. However, the issues of occupational health and occupational morbidity at its enterprises have not been sufficiently studied [2, 5].
According to a number of authors [1-4], enterprises in this industry pose a potential danger both for those working for them and for the population living nearby. The main pathogenic factors in microbiological enterprises are microorganisms of bacterial and fungal nature and their metabolic products (amino acids, enzymes, vitamins, etc.), which have sensitizing activity and contribute to the development of diseases of the respiratory system and skin [4, 5].
The results of a retrospective study of the influence of industrial and occupational factors in age groups on the development of skin diseases in men and women showed an increase in the spread of mycoses with age in men - r = 4.18.5 (, 2 = 6.31 - and atopic dermatoses as in men, and for women, r = 4, x2 = 4.7.
Retrospective studies also revealed an increase in the prevalence of contact dermatitis in men (x2 = 5.67) and atopic dermatoses in both men and women (x2 —5.53) with an increase in professional experience.
Until now, the question of the effect of diseases of internal organs on the skin remains open, which is especially important in the examination of occupational diseases.
To clarify this issue, we determined the frequency of skin diseases in diseases of the respiratory, digestion, and cardiovascular systems. It turned out that the percentage of diseases of the digestive tract among patients with allergic dermatoses was significantly higher (42.5 ± 7.8) than among patients with mycoses (20 ± 6; P <0.05) and pustular diseases (24.4 ± 6.7; P = 0.05), The incidence of respiratory diseases did not have significant differences among patients with allergic dermatoses, mycoses, pyoderma,
To determine the relationship between skin diseases and diseases of internal organs, we used the statistical method of a four-field table according to the% 2 criterion. The analysis showed no correlation between them.
