The complication of modern production, increased responsibility for decisions made leads to an increase in information and other types of workloads. In this regard, it is urgent to develop automated systems that provide comprehensive information about the health of persons, commas in production activities, the current functional state of their body, professional suitability and other qualities, which allows timely application of organizational, rehabilitation and other measures to maintain the health of workers and prolong their professional longevity. Such systems can be created on the basis of automated diagnostics and analysis of human health, based on the widespread use of electronic computing technology.

It is advisable to distinguish three levels of construction of automated systems for diagnosing health status (ASDSZ): industry, including subsystems for the analysis of occupational morbidity and the complex impact of production and non-production factors on the health of workers; the production level, which allows to take into account the incidence of temporary disability (TDI) and the impact on it of working conditions, as well as the professional suitability of workers; the level of the workplace for conducting operational control over the functional state of workers, providing assistance in regulating it by using prompts issued on the computer display about the mode of work and rest, teaching psychotherapy techniques, safety measures, etc.

The trends in the development of automated medical information systems both in industry and in other sectors of the national economy are reduced to the creation of multi-level systems, each level of which has its own specific task. The combination of these levels in a single medical system makes it possible to qualitatively change the information received for the organization of production or industry management.

It is necessary to take into account all the above-mentioned features of medical systems, along with the problems of unauthorized access to information and the organization of a specific man-machine dialogue, as well as the creation of expert systems, taking into account the variety of ways to integrate medical information and the opinion of its interpretation.
