Educational and training center of TPP of the Ministry of Energy of the Ukrainian SSR
The existing system of professional training of operators does not fully meet the needs of energy production. The main disadvantages of traditional methods of training and maintaining the readiness of operator personnel are the overload of training programs with indirect information of a general type, the level of training work that does not meet the requirements, etc.
To radically improve the training and retraining of operator personnel at TPPs, the Ministry of Energy of the Ukrainian SSR has created a regional training and training system for operators, covering 39 power units with a capacity of 300 MW at eight thermal power plants of the Ukrainian SSR. The basis of the integrated training and retraining system for TPP operators is the Training Center (TTC), which provides a qualitatively new type of professional training for power unit operators, including various types of training using programmable tools, materials describing operator activities and training.
Rationalization of the educational process through the individualization of the formation of professional skills on district and complex simulators, training in psycho-regulatory training skills and stabilization of the functional state of the cardiovascular system during the training cycle made it possible to significantly increase the level of development of professionally important psychophysiological qualities in the surveyed persons who were recognized as conditionally suitable for training. the beginning of training.
Trepale of persons recognized as unfit for operator work during the initial psychophysiological examination turned out to be ineffective. Professional training and the use of this category of candidates as operators of power units is impractical.
