General regularities have been established in the responses of the human body and experimental animals to the effect of increased air temperature and infrared radiation. This served as the basis for the development, experimental study of the effectiveness and recommendations for the practical use of a pathogenetically targeted complex of pharmacological agents to increase the body's resistance to thermal effects and their better tolerance, including alpha-tocopherol, galascorbin and the Unicap-M mineral and vitamin complex in medium therapeutic doses.

Key words: increased air temperature, infrared radiation, body responses, pathogenesis, pharmacological correction of the thermal state.
