Reflection of safety requirements in projects of agricultural enterprises and its role in ensuring favorable working conditions

The course for the intensification of agricultural production outlined by the party and the government provides for an increase in the capacity of self-propelled agricultural equipment, the introduction of advanced technology for obtaining and processing feed, fattening livestock and obtaining milk using mechanization and automation of production processes and modern beckons and mechanisms.
In accordance with the decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR No. 96 of 28. 01. 85 "On further improvement of design estimates and increasing the role of expertise and architectural supervision in construction" in the development of projects for new, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of existing agricultural enterprises in order to improve the quality of design solutions, reduction of design and construction time, standard design solutions, unified building structures are widely used. Basic data on the designed facilities are presented in the design materials in a concise form and in the form of tables.
Data on the applied design solutions to ensure the safety of workers at the designed facility, in particular on the creation of favorable working conditions for workers, are set out in various parts of the architectural and construction, technological, electrical engineering project in accordance with the current instructions for the development of projects and estimates.
Reflection of only some of these issues took place in the settlement volumes of such projects as "Working design for the expansion of Shpolyanskaya regional agricultural machinery", "Working design for a workshop for the repair of beet harvesters KS-6 Medvinsky ROSHT Kiev region", developed by Ukrgiproprom-selstroy. In particular, the expected levels of natural light and noise in the workplace were calculated.
At present, in accordance with CII and Pom 1, published in 1985, 02.01-85 (Instructions on the composition, procedure for the development, coordination and approval of design and estimate documentation for the construction of enterprises, buildings and structures), the project must include a special section - "Scientific organization of labor of workers and employees. Enterprise Management ”, which must be developed in accordance with the intersectoral requirements for the scientific organization of labor, production and management, approved by the USSR State Committee for Labor, State Committee for Science and Technology and the USSR State Committee for Construction (No. 1783 BG dated 05.06.85).
