The peculiarities of the visible radiation energy influence on Human organism

Summary. This work is dedicated to, on the basis of experimental investigations, of the peculiarities of human organism reactions to visible light in dependence in its spectral composition and radiation intensity and seasons of year. The investigation of influence of visible light with the wave length of 435 nm, 546 nm, 700 nm in the range of intensities of 1,5 to 6,0 W/m2 was carried out in practically healthy men-volunteers, aged 20-25, during May and June.
It is found out that additional radiation of 1,5-3,0 and 6,0 W/m2 caused formation of injurious effects on functioning of cardiovascular, immune systems as well as overloading of antiradical protection system and other functions of organism. The blue light acts more actively, and, judging on the given investigation, its threshold intensity is 1,5 W/m2. For green and red light the threshold makes up 3,0 W/m2.
