Comparison of the objectivity and efficiency of morphometric data obtained by computer morphometry methods and measurement data carried out with a screw eyepiece micrometer MOV-1-15 "'is carried out.
A decrease in labor intensity, an increase in productivity and objectivity in carrying out morphological and histological studies were noted. The method significantly improves the quality of research, the speed of statistical processing and obtaining illustrative material. This makes it possible to recommend the method for implementation into the practice of the work of biomedical laboratories.
