Many works are devoted to the mathematical analysis of heart rate. In them, attempts are made to identify the features of its regulation, depending on the severity, intensity of labor, the profession of the worker. Emotional stress is of particular importance [1, 6].

Recently, the work of livestock operators has acquired features inherent in industrial production, including automation, flow, etc. Along with this, the work of livestock breeders has a number of features. He's emotionally tense. Depending on the mechanization of processes, the share of manual labor can be 30-60%.

When studying the indicators of memory, attention, the speed of a simple visual-motor reaction, muscle strength and endurance, it was not possible to establish any clear patterns, since the changes in the indicators were of a multidirectional nature.

Thus, the use of the method of mathematical analysis of the heart rate makes it possible to identify various states of the body caused by changes in the tone of the autonomic nervous system, and indirectly judge the adaptation of the body to environmental conditions. Based on the results obtained, one can judge the effect of the severity of labor on the body of workers.
